Our Work

This renovation project involved a full overhaul of this properties main building & existing sleepout, with a focus on enhancing the functionality & aesthetics of the property. The project included an extension at the rare of the property to make space for a new large kitchen & living room. We completed a comprehensive exterior re-clad of both buildings and Installed new double glazed joinery. We then reframed, installed insulation (which meets the requirements of Healthy Homes Standards) & relined all 4 bedrooms & the sleepout to include private ensuite's in each. Finally, off the new large living space we completed the deck including stairs & handrail.

Within this project we managed sub-trade's, the property had a full rewire including installation of a new switchboard. And the plumbing was replaced right back to the street. There was also gib stopping & painting & landscaping completed.

The final result of these extensive renovations is a great property with both privacy & a welcoming open shared space.

This Bathroom renovation included striping both the bathroom and ensuite, demolishing the internal walls between the ensuite and the toilet.

We then reframed the wall in the ensuite wide enough for a new 3 sided shower, closed off two old doorways and installed a new one for the bathroom. 

The end result is two bigger bathrooms that are much more useable space.

This new deck required removing an existing window & cutting out existing bricks to make way for the new double doors to open out onto the beautiful kwila deck. This has given our clients the ability to enjoy the Central Otago views rain, hail or shine!
